FTI Forming Suite 2022

FTI Forming Suite 2022 software simulates the metal product formation process and estimates the cost. This program uses finite element methods and incremental analysis to design, simulate and model various molds. This program does not require any prior knowledge of finite-element analysis.

The program’s user interface is very user-friendly and all calculations are done automatically in the background. The program allows you to work with graphical elements and receive results as dashboards and detailed reports or in 3D. Module-based projects allow you to change modules at any time during the project. This program has advanced features you might not have seen before, or this program may not be well implemented.

FormingSuite is able to accurately estimate the costs of sheet production. These calculations are very helpful in predicting costs for setting up a workshop or product line. They also give us an idea of the future. This program allows you to use the plates and molds that were designed in it for drilling and hardening. The program can extract the geometry from the mold automatically. The program can monitor metal die-casting processes, and using finite element analyses, provide intelligent suggestions to improve design. All pre-processing, post-processing, and design improvements can be performed in a graphical environment.

• Software installation
• Select “SKIP” for the LICENSING Method step. Click Next and select “Do NOT configure at this time”.
• Select only one item

“Yes, please send me the License File for FormingSuite 2020 now!”

“Yes, I would like to launch FormingSuite 2020 immediately!”

• Click Finish to finish your purchase
• Copy the FormingSuite Folder to C:FTI
• Run the SolidSQUADLoaderEnabler file, select Yes -> OK
• Go to the C:\FTI\FormingSuite\Licensing folder
• Click on server_install and select Run as Administrator. Wait a few moments.
• Complete
