• OCIO color control is now available in a technology preview. This will bring the most advanced color management solutions to Max.
• A new boolean moderator allows users to integrate boolean operations in the modifier stack.
• The new boolean moderator includes an OpenVDB meshing technique, providing a different way to calculate operations. OpenVDb operations do not depend on the source geometry’s topology, and often produce good results, even when there are grid errors.
• Phyllotaxis is now available as a delivery method for the array modifier. This pattern is found in nature, particularly in trees and plants.
• The array modifier includes a new Material ID implementation that can control material IDs on a side-by-side or component-by-component basis. Randomization, sequential, and the ability to change the IDs for the first and last copies in an array, while randomizing the rest, are some of the modes that are available.

Installation guide

• Please download and extract the file as indicated below

• Click Next to Install after running the Setup File
• After installation, 3ds Max 2020 cannot be opened.
• The Autodesk Licence Patcher installer file should be run with admin privileges. (Right-click the file and choose Run as administrator).

• Wait for a few minutes to let the running finish
• Select ” Use a Network License” when you open 3ds max 2024.

• Click on ” single license server“, enter 127.0.0.1 in the Server Name field, and click Done.
