Only 3 icons, such as save, undo, and redo, remain. Tabs have been divided into vertical dashes.
Tell Me is a new feature of Project 2016. This is where you can aggregate all the keywords or tools that you have entered, making it easier to select and control actions.
Project 2016 now allows users to share documents with friends or colleagues. Users can now share documents or edit the document with their colleagues.

Skype Integration for Collaboration
Groups of users can now type on the same Word document simultaneously and instantly see the other user’s revisions. This feature is currently only available on desktop versions of Word PowerPoint and OneNote. Mobile devices are not yet supported.
This feature allows users to communicate face-to-face when working on text documents. It is integrated into Office Online as well as workstation applications. Users can instant message online, use screen sharing, have a dialogue or video chat directly in the text.
Office 365 Groups and Excel data import from the Web
This feature is built-in to the Outlook 2016 desktop application, or Outlook Group App if you are using it on mobile devices. This feature allows the entire team to have a consistent user experience on all devices.
The users used to have to copy and paste data into Excel, which took a lot of time. If the computer is low-configuration, pasting data can be slow or even lag. Microsoft Office 2016 added the ability for users to import data from the internet into Excel.
