Click the Share icon at the top-right corner of your screen to share documents in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. You can choose to Save to Cloud.
Real-time interaction
Smarter lookups
Users can use this feature to search the Internet for data. Highlight the text and then click on Smart Lookup. Tell Me
Tell Me gathers user suggestions for features or settings. You can save more time if you’re new to the software.
Add data from the Web to Excel
In the past users would have to copy and paste data into Excel, which took a lot of time. If the computer is low-configuration, pasting data can be slow or even lag. Microsoft Office 2016 added the ability for users to import data from the internet into Excel.
