IObit Unlocker 1.3 software is a small and very useful program for deleting files and folders that Windows normally does not allow you to delete. This program is more accurate and works better than other software tools for this purpose.

IObit Unlocker is a simple tool that offers a solution. After installing the app, you can either launch it to select the file manually, or click the afflicted application and choose IObit Unlocker from the context menu. You can add more files by clicking Add, browsing through the available options, or dragging them onto the open window.

IObit Unlocker tries to identify a locked file. You can choose to close the program to unlock it.

Messages containing files and folders that are stubborn:

• The file cannot be deleted: Access denied
• A violation of sharing has occurred
• It is possible to use the source or destination files
• This file is being used by another user or program
• Check that the file you want to use is not in use and that it is not on a full disk or protected by write protection.

IObit Unlocker will allow you to delete files and folders in Windows quickly. Simply drag the file to be deleted to IObit Unlocker then select Unlock & Delete.
